Top Artist in Kampala reportedly steals phone on Kampala street
Kampala based Artist, VIP Jemo once a Singer at Kama Ivan Management is allegedly accused of snatching a phone on Kampala street.
In a recorded video, a group of angry youths cocooned him together with his other two friends to beat them up only to realize that VIP Jemo was among the thieves.
The owner of the stolen phone narrated that , VIP had other two friends standing in darkness while holding a knife, they ordered him to surrender his phone to them while putting knife on his neck ,he had to make an alarm and luckily enough a nearby police officer arrived and saved his life and the phone from being taken by the thugs.
The musician has been sliding backward at a high speed after parting ways with his former Music Label boss, Kama Ivan.
Jemo who used to ball with luxury cars within the city has been seen in Kampala streets on boda bodas and sometimes walking on foot.
Jemo reportedly called one Radio Presenter in Kampala some few months ago to beg his fans to raise some money that could help him through the hard time.
